Easily walk to all the fun that Lake Geneva has to offer, while retreating to a quiet neighborhood home to rest and recoup.

This spacious dwelling has been expertly renovated with modern boho finishes and stylish flair that will leave you feeling relaxed and inspired. We personally love the velvet green couch, funky light fixtures, subway-tile backsplash in the kitchen, and eclectic art pulled from our travels and thrifting adventures. Clean, whimsical, chic, artsy, and comfortable is the vibe we’re going for in this unit!

With two bedrooms (each with a queen bed), a small extra room with a daybed (great for littles), a full bathroom, and a full kitchen—plus a high chair, pack-n-play, umbrella stroller, and kids toys & games—you’ll have all you need to enjoy your getaway. The couch also has an upgraded queen-size memory foam pull-out bed, and there are two air mattresses (one queen, one twin) to accommodate groups of all sizes.

Note: Because this is an older home, the layout is a bit quirky. The two guestrooms have a jack-and-jill bathroom with sole access from these two rooms, meaning those staying in the primary bedroom would need to sneak through one of the other two bedrooms to get to the bathroom. The small extra room with a daybed has a curtain instead of a door, to allow others easy access into the bathroom. It’s a great room for kiddos to stay in for this reason!

Neighborhood Description:

There are so many amazing places to see and visit while you are in town—and our location is PERFECT! Walking distance to downtown Lake Geneva, our guests do not need a car! We are in Maple Park Historic District, which boasts some of Lake Geneva's oldest buildings dating back 170 years. Take a walk around the neighborhood and look for the homes that bear oval plaques of the year built.

You can head downtown to rent bicycles or begin walking around the lake to gaze at the gorgeous lake homes (26 miles all the way around!). Walk to grab a coffee or a beer! If you want to see what's around Williams Bay, Fontana, or Delavan, you are only a 10-15 minute drive away.
