The bright and airy space is renovated with modern conveniences and stunning fixtures, and thoughtfully designed to bring both spunk and calm to the environment. Some of our favorite touches are the forest green kitchen cabinets, geometric tile backsplash, and mixture of earth tones with bright colors & textures in the decor to add a sense of personality and whimsy.

With two bedrooms (each with a queen bed), a full bathroom, and a kitchenette—plus a high chair, pack-n-play, umbrella stroller, and kids toys & games—you’ll have all you need to enjoy your getaway. The kitchenette includes a full-size refrigerator and freezer, a toaster oven large enough to cook a pizza, microwave, induction stove top, Keurig coffee maker, and teapot—coffee and tea included.

The unit includes access to an attached private balcony, a breakfast bar/work area, and a backyard space that includes a grill, fire pit, and outdoor lounge seating. We renovated this 1860s historic home with a chic, clean, and cozy design and all of the amenities you could hope for, including internet, a record player, and a smart TV to stream your favorite shows. We also have a kitchen garden out back for you to enjoy in the warm months. Fresh greens, herbs, and some veggies are available to grab to add to your meals or drinks!

Neighborhood Description:

There are so many amazing places to see and visit while you are in town—and our location is PERFECT! Walking distance to downtown Lake Geneva, our guests do not need a car! We are in Maple Park Historic District, which boasts some of Lake Geneva's oldest buildings dating back 170 years. Take a walk around the neighborhood and look for the homes that bear oval plaques of the year built.

You can head downtown to rent bicycles or begin walking around the lake to gaze at the gorgeous lake homes (26 miles all the way around!). Walk to grab a coffee or a beer! If you want to see what's around Williams Bay, Fontana, or Delavan, you are only a 10-15 minute drive away.
